Our story
The story of Reiyel is first and foremost that of a man, Frédéric Granges, and a dream that began in the 1990s. A seemingly simple dream, but one with an immense ambition: to create a speaker capable of reproducing sound in all its purity, all its emotion, without artifice.
This path was not linear. It was marked by doubts, restarts, and long nights spent searching for the perfect balance. In total, more than 5,000 hours of development were devoted to this project. Each prototype carried hopes, but also disappointments. The columns had to be rebuilt seven or eight times, with the patience of someone who knows that true results only come through perseverance.

Reiyel is also the child of past failures and projects that were impossible to continue. These impasses became sources of learning, transforming dissatisfaction into a driver of progress. Thus, over time, the vision has been refined, evolving towards an ever-increasing demand, guided by the conviction that sound deserves the best.
Today, bringing a pair of Reiyel speakers to life requires six weeks of work from the moment the order is placed. This time isn't a constraint, but a promise: that of a work crafted with patience and meticulousness. Because here, it's the artisanal precision that dominates. Unlike industrial production, each speaker is the result of a gesture, a hand, an attentive eye that gives each piece a unique soul.
Christian Rappaz, a master craftsman of wood and carpentry, is instrumental in this process. His expertise allows the material to take shape with elegance and robustness, giving the columns a structure that enhances the acoustic design.
